High Performance Concrete Floors
High-performance concrete floors are a specialty at Northfleet. We offer extended joint floors that eliminate or reduce the weakest points of the slab which are the joints in the floor. By extending the joint spacing up to 150ft, we create high load bearing slabs that offer long-term savings in reducing joint maintenance throughout the lifetime of the floor. This also reduces equipment (forklift) wear & tear, speeds up production, and reduces locations where forklifts need to slow down due to deteriorating joints. We work with clients to understand their requirements and recommend FF & FL tolerances. As part of the construction process, our team repeatedly test FF & FL numbers to ensure we meet client expectations.
